Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and confident in clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with EMR/mobile charting.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home patient assessments and skilled nursing visits
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Wound care, disease management, medication administration, and patient education
• Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families
