Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Professional to review and approve patient information during start of care, recertification, resumption of care or evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to educate LPs on documentation and regulatory standards, and provide one-on-one training when needed.

Ideal candidates have a nursing or physical therapy degree, a valid clinical license, CPR certification, and at least one year of Medicare home health or hospice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing or physical therapy.
• Valid clinical license per state requirements (RN or PT).
• Minimum one year of experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Preferred experience with packet review / quality improvement.
• Preferred experience with coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• In-office attendance is essential to Enhabit objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve patient information during start of care, recertification, resumption of care or evaluation visits.
• Partner with branch leadership to educate LPs on documentation and regulatory standards.
• Provide one-on-one training to LPs as needed.
• Promote quality patient care and maintain relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and employees.
