Job summary

DFW Home Health in Fort Worth is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team and cover the Azle area. You will administer treatment, provide exercise guidance, and educate patients under the supervision of a PT, improving quality of life for patients in their homes.

We offer a $2,500 bonus for full-time staff, relocation assistance, and a supportive culture within the Optum family.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed PTA in Texas or state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care under supervising PT and perform prescribed therapies.
• Instruct patients in exercises, mobility, gait, and functional activities.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care team.
