Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• Available to work a weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Follow all state laws governing physical therapy in home care and implement the supervising PT's plan of care
• Instruct and assist patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment and coordinate care with the health care team
