DFW Home Health is hiring a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our devoted Dallas, Texas team. You will implement and guide treatment plans, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients and families in the comfort of home settings.

Required qualifications include active PTA eligibility with state licensure, ability to work weekends, and reliable transportation. We offer competitive pay, a $2,500 bonus for full-time staff, and relocation assistance where

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Ability to work weekend rotation
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Follow state laws and supervise plan of care under PT guidance
• Instruct patients in active/passive exercise and mobility training
• Observe and report patient progress to supervising PT and care team
• Educate patient, family, and care team on therapy within PTA scope
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs
