Job summary

DFW Home Health in Dallas, Texas, is hiring a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our caring team serving the Rockwall area. You will perform treatment, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients within the plan of care under the supervising PT.

We offer a $2,500 bonus for full-time employment and relocation assistance. Eligible candidates must be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work a weekend

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervise plan of care; perform only qualified procedures.
• Instructs patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility.
• Observe and report patient response to treatment; coordinate with care team.
