Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office functions, supervise support staff, and maintain office equipment, supplies, and communication systems.
• Coordinate caregiver and clinical staff schedules, process patient referrals, and serve as a liaison between families, field staff, and administration.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, manage electronic medical records (EMR), and maintain secure patient and personnel files.
• Handle employee onboarding, payroll administration, invoicing, and basic billing or insurance claim support.
