Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save assessments and model homes for energy efficiency improvements. You will drive to customer appointments from your home and report to the CT office periodically for meetings.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and installation of energy-saving devices, with paid training and opportunities for growth. Must be self-directed and able to travel.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and valid MA driver’s license.
• BPI Certification a plus and MASS Save knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes in energy software.
• Present energy-saving recommendations and secure service contracts.
• Install energy-saving devices and complete paperwork accurately.
• Stay current on energy options and collaborate with internal teams.
