Job summary

The Home Energy Specialist at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. conducts Mass Save home energy assessments and models homes to identify energy losses. You will recommend insulation, LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC options to homeowners and lead the sales process for service contracts.

Role is field-based, requiring travel and independent work with weekly office meetings. Training begins upon hire, with comprehensive in-field and virtual instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• MASS Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes in energy software.
• Recommend energy-saving measures and educate homeowners on benefits.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts with customers.
• Install energy-saving products and complete paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell products and services.
