Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes for energy efficiency improvements.

This field-based role requires driving to customer sites and reporting to a local office weekly for meetings, with training beginning soon. You will initiate sales, educate homeowners on energy benefits, and help install energy-saving devices while ensuring accurate documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes in energy efficiency software.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts with homeowners.
• Install energy-saving products and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Engage in ongoing product knowledge development and collaborate with internal teams.
