Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save energy assessments, model homes, and identify cost-saving measures for customers. You will drive to appointments from your home and report to the CT office regularly.

The role emphasizes field-based sales, excellent customer service, and collaboration with internal teams. Training is provided, with potential for growth in energy efficiency solutions and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel required.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes in energy efficiency software.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts with homeowners.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete all paperwork accurately.
