HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass SaveHome energy assessments and model homes to identify energy-saving measures. You will drive to customer appointments from home and report to a local office weekly for meetings.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, knowledge of energy efficiency options, and the ability to work independently in the field. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Must work independently in a field-based role.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Mass Save energy assessments and model homes.
• Recommend energy-saving measures and generate reports.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts.
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Install energy-saving devices during assessments.
• Complete paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell.
• Engage in ongoing product knowledge training.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
