Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Account Manager to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and promote a wide range of IGS products. You will become a subject matter expert on offerings and use proven sales techniques to renew plans and cross-sell via phone and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business-related experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain customers via phone communications.
• Retain current customers while generating additional product sales.
• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend IGS products.
• Build confidence and handle objections to close sales.
• Maintain detailed sales activity in the CRM (e.g., Freshsales).
• Collaborate with other sales reps and internal teams.
• Stay updated on current marketing programs and offerings.
• Serve as a point of contact for renewals and customer needs.
