Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through the home buying journey, from selecting floor plans to coordinating construction. You will leverage a CRM to manage leads, set appointments, and follow up with prospects.

The role emphasizes branding, training, and teamwork with meaningful commission potential. Full-time schedule includes weekends with comprehensive benefits and a focus on customer experience across our home centers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Learn and comply with manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Move and lift furniture or promotional items up to 75 lbs.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify floor plans and options and coordinate construction.
• Set home center visits using leads and conversions from ads/web.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up in the CRM.
