Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clayton with integrity and protect branding.
• Develop market knowledge and product understanding.
• Follow up with customers and manage records in CRM.
• Assist in inventory, model decorations, and home showroom appearance.
• Set appointments from ads and leads; demonstrate homes.
