Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and coordinating the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, teamwork, and the ability to work Saturdays. Compensation includes a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong brand stewardship and integrity in sales processes.
• Develop expertise in finance concepts, product knowledge, and local market.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up using CRM.
• Assist in decorating models and maintaining home appearance.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to drive traffic.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to buyers.
• Set visits by converting leads and ads into appointments.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Work well in a team environment and assist with duties.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate construction.
• Explain and demonstrate home features to add value for buyers.
• Set and manage appointments from CRM and leads.
