• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons

Responsabilités

• Present and demonstrate homes to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits
• Set appointments from prospect database and web leads
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain customer files in CRM
• Merchandise and maintain model home appearances and inventory
• Overall support to sales team and participate in trainings and meetings
