Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate construction.

You will help buyers understand features, schedule tours, and leverage our CRM for timely follow-up. As part of the Clayton Retail team, you will embody the Clayton Ambassador mindset and continuously learn about financing concepts, products, and local market trends.

Qualifications

• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Identify floor plans and options for customers and coordinate construction.
• Guide customers to create a world class home buying experience.
• Set appointments and maintain customer files with CRM follow-up.
