Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will deliver a world-class home buying experience, build relationships, and manage follow-up using the company CRM.

The role emphasizes product demonstrations, appointments, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate has 6+ months of B2C sales, strong communication, and a willingness to learn financing concepts and local market details.

Formación

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes, move and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers through floor plan selection, options, and construction coordination.
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospective buyers via CRM.
