Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to lead customers through floor plan selection and options, coordinating construction and deliveries. You will demonstrate model homes, set appointments, and maintain strong customer follow-up to drive sales.

Join a team focused on relationship-building, product knowledge, and a high standard of customer service. This is a full-time role with base salary plus commission, and opportunities for growth within Clayton Retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Understanding of retail environment and customer journey.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and timelines with customers.
• Set appointments from prospect database and leads.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to create value.
• Maintain customer files and follow up through CRM.
