Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans and options, coordinating construction, and delivering a world-class home buying experience. You will present homes, schedule visits, and maintain customer files with CRM follow-up.

The role requires licensing readiness, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays, with a competitive base and commission potential within a values-driven home-building company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Understanding of the retail environment and sales processes.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and show homes.
• Set appointments from CRM and leads.
• Provide product demonstrations and highlight features.
• Follow up with prospective buyers.
