Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will help drive a world-class home buying experience with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of B2C sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. The role includes a base salary of $50k plus lucrative commission, with comprehensive health and retirement

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify a floor plan and options and coordinate construction processes.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Present homes and demonstrate features and benefits to create added value.
• Maintain customer files and follow up via CRM system.
