Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans and options, coordinating construction, and scheduling visits. You will demonstrate homes, follow up with prospects, and participate in sales meetings to grow your own earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven consumer sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités
