Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating construction to deliver a world-class home buying experience.

You will identify customer needs, present model homes, and convert inquiries into showroom visits leveraging the CRM for follow-up and bookings. A strong emphasis on relationship-driven sales and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying floor plans, selecting options, and coordinating construction to deliver a world-class home buying experience.
• Set appointments by converting leads and managing the CRM to drive showroom visits.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to illustrate value to buyers.
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company-sponsored functions.
