Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating the home building process. You will present model homes, demonstrate features, and convert inquiries to appointments, with ongoing follow-up in the CRM system.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays in a retail home center environment, with licensing support provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate in a retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process.
• Present display homes to potential buyers, demonstrate features and benefits to add value.
• Set home center visits by leveraging prospect database and converting calls/web leads to appointments.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining model home appearance.
