Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. You will present display homes, demonstrate features, and drive the sales process from inquiry to appointment.

The role emphasizes client relations, knowledge of financing concepts, product details, and strong team collaboration, with full-time hours and a benefits-conscious workplace.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons

Responsabilités

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process
• Set appointments and convert ad calls and web leads to visits
• Demonstrate homes and features to create added value
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up using the CRM
• Assist with merchandising, inventory selection, and model presentation
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company-sponsored functions
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and support miscellaneous duties as required
