Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Solid understanding of retail environments.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for selling manufactured homes.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to select a floor plan and options to fit their needs.
• Coordinate the construction process and ensure a smooth home-buying experience.
• Set appointments by converting ads and web leads; follow up with prospects.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to add value.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company-sponsored events.
• Maintain customer files and CRM follow-ups.
