Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and travel on site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and home selections.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Present model homes and demonstrate features and benefits.
• Maintain customer files and use CRM for follow-ups.
