Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.

As a full-time team member you will set appointments, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects in the CRM, and uphold Clayton branding with integrity. The role offers a $50k base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.

Aufgaben

• Guide customers to identify a floor plan and options and coordinate construction.
• Set home center visits and convert leads to appointments.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features to create added value.
• Maintain customer files and perform timely follow-up in the CRM system.
