D.R. Horton, Inc. in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Superintendent to manage all aspects of home construction from permit to occupancy, supervising job site subcontractors, coordinating homeowner walks, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of construction supervision experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel among communities. Strong communication, budgeting awareness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related construction experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to drive among communities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specs, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule to deliver quality homes on time and within budget.
• Schedule and supervise sub contractors across phases and ensure code compliance and workmanship.
• Complete each home site from planning through occupancy and meet contract obligations.
• Inspect subcontractor work and halt noncompliant activities.
• Oversee payments to subcontractors after inspection and approval.
• Maintain customer experience through proactive communication and walks with homeowners.
