Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH Construction apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and oversee workmanship per plans and codes.
• Conduct homeowner orientation and walks; communicate progress and concerns.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety practices.
