Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Mobile, AL. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to diagnose comfort needs and propose HVAC/water heater solutions.

You will use company-provided leads and develop your own pipeline, collaborate with our technical team on site visits, and pursue high-quality customer outcomes with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience (B2C preferred).
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to educate customers on HVAC options.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and existing customers.
• Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach.
• Leverage internal leads and your own pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
• Stay informed about energy-efficient trends and service methods.
