Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and propose high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management using company leads and your own prospecting.

Collaboration with our technical team during site visits ensures tailored solutions. Requires 2+ years of B2C sales, a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer selling.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and translate technical concepts into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales growth using internal leads and personal prospecting pipelines.
