Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is recruiting a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2C sales, strong negotiation and closing skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. A valid driver’s license is required, with flexible hours and on-call shifts to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive growth with internal leads and prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate onsite with technical team during visits to tailor solutions.
• Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient technology, and service methods.
