Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present tailored HVAC/water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management, leveraging internal leads and self-generated prospects to close opportunities.

You will partner with our technical team during site visits to ensure solutions precisely meet home requirements and deliver a 100% satisfaction experience.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and existing customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales by handling internal leads and developing your own prospect pipeline.
• Collaborate onsite with the technical team to tailor solutions to each home’s needs.
• Remain a market expert on energy-efficient tech and innovative service methods.
