Job summary

Service Experts LLC seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging internal warm leads and company lead pipelines to close opportunities.

Location is Mishawaka, IN; applicants should have 2+ years of direct-to-consumer sales, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven B2C sales experience.
• Strong business development, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Navigates residential environments (ladders, attics, basements, crawl spaces).

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of tailored comfort options for HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Drive growth using internal leads and your prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate on-site with the technical team to tailor solutions to homes.
