Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Mishawaka, IN to diagnose comfort needs and offer HVAC and water heater solutions. Top performers earn base salary plus commission, with average earnings of $90,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a talent for closing sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to educate customers and translate concerns into business solutions.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• On-site Collaboration: Partner with our technical team members during site visits to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to the home's requirements, fostering a 100% satisfaction experience.
• Industry Expertise: Remain a market expert, staying updated on the latest trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
