Qualifications

• 2+ years of Comfort Advisor experience (preferred).
• 3+ years HVAC industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort consultations.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Present financing options and explain available programs.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
