Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to homeowners, assess HVAC needs, and recommend upgrades or replacements. You will present the value of our products, prepare detailed proposals, and drive sales through relationship-building with residential customers.

Responsibilities include on-site assessments, cost estimates, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure seamless handovers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably within the residential sector.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Persuasive and confident presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex HVAC concepts to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Engage with residential customers to understand HVAC needs and propose suitable solutions.
Conduct on-site assessments of HVAC systems and provide cost estimates.
Present features and benefits, address concerns, and close sales.
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for customers.
Coordinate handover with installation team to ensure satisfaction.
Develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Pursue leads through referrals and campaigns, expanding customer base.
Maintain CRM records of activities and pipeline.
Participate in training and sales meetings.
