Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose homeowners’ comfort needs and present HVAC and water heater solutions in an outside sales role.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and your own prospecting to close residential opportunities, collaborating with the technical team on site visits to tailor outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer experience: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Sales generation: Drive growth by working both internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
