Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead homecare teams, oversee client plans, and ensure compliant, compassionate care in clients’ homes. The role requires coordinating staff schedules, maintaining records, and training associates across multiple locations.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, quality service, and strong communication with clients, aides, and branch management. Travel to client sites and families is regularly expected as part of field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA when handling patient records.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care and client needs.
• Monitor performance of homecare aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and managers.
• Conduct in-home visits as needed.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and services.
• Handle client complaints and report issues.
• Provide education and coaching on changes to Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
