You will conduct assessments, train caregivers, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with state regulations while contributing to office growth within a national home-care network.

Qualificações

• Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• Education: High school diploma.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handling incoming client inquiry calls
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits
• Develop and update care plans
• Provide caregiver training, coaching, and performance support
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally
