Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead home care teams and ensure high-quality client care in home settings. The role involves supervising aides, training staff, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining privacy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, client and caregiver liaison, monthly in-home visits, and reporting. The position requires compassionate leadership and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and relationships.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills required.
• PPD or Chest x-ray if applicable.
• Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide direct training when needed.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care and client needs.
• Monitor aides to ensure quality service and client satisfaction.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referrals, and managers.
• May conduct monthly in-home visits to maintain client and caregiver engagement.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
