Help At Home, LLC invites applications for a Care Supervisor. This role oversees homecare staff, coordinates plans of care, and ensures HIPAA-compliant documentation while maintaining client satisfaction.

The position requires strong organization, staff supervision, and compassionate, professional communication. Travel to client homes is expected as part of daily duties. Benefits include medical coverage, retirement plan, and PTO.

Responsabilités

• May maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient/client information per HIPAA.
• Assigns homecare aides based on client needs and care plan.
• Monitors performance of aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicates schedules and changes with clients, aides, and managers.
• May conduct in-home visits to maintain client and caregiver connections.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and service details.
• Handle client complaints and escalate issues as needed.
