Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to oversee caregiver assignments, maintain client records, and ensure care plans are executed in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.

The role emphasizes coaching caregivers, coordinating schedules, reporting, and building strong relationships with clients and referral sources while upholding quality of care and compliance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high quality client care and escalate performance issues.
• Communicate schedules with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and management.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Record and maintain documentation of client condition and service.
• Maintain client satisfaction surveys and address concerns.
• Handle client complaints and document issues for resolution.
