Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Medicaid, waiver, or home healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure quality client care.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, and sources.
• Prepare routine departmental reports.
• Maintain client satisfaction surveys and in-home visits.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
