Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Roswell, NM is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead caregiver scheduling, update clients, and support field staff. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, juggling schedules, handling client updates, and ensuring care plans stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, performing in-home visits as needed, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining confidentiality. A high school diploma and solid office experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages changes due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed and services are not interrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and conducts home visits as required.
• Provides thorough follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting attendance, performance and conduct expectations.
