You will be the go-to problem solver, coordinating field staff and handling client updates in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a high school diploma, and 4 years of office experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules; adjust for client requests and leaves.
• Provide alternate coverage to keep care plans on track.
• Contact providers and clients with service updates.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Handle escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervise direct care staff and enforce company policies.
• Ensure the branch environment is professional and organized.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible for agency needs.
• Follow Medicare/Medicaid/HIPAA regulations and internal standards.
