Ambercare – an Addus family company is seeking a driven Service Coordinator in Hobbs, NM to lead caregiver scheduling, support field staff, handle client updates, and ensure care plans stay on track. The role requires organizing, problem-solving, and excellent communication in a fast-paced home care setting.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call weekends; benefits include health/dental/vision, monthly bonus, daily pay, CE, PTO, retirement planning, life insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of office experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel; scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and adjusting for client requests, illness, or time off.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed and uninterrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
