Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to develop caregiver pipelines including RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct various interviews, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.

The role requires on-site presence in Greenwich, CT, with a focus on high-volume interviewing and strong knowledge of healthcare employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
